Aluminum EN AW 6060 is an aluminium-magnesium-silicon alloy, easy to extrude and which allows the creation of highly complex profiles.

It has sufficient tool workability in the T5 state, excellent aptitude for decorative, protective and thick anodic oxidation, high resistance to atmospheric corrosion, good resistance to marine corrosion and excellent weldability.

Applications: Alloy 6060 is widely used in construction and is suitable for the creation of architectural details with great visual impact and effective thermal-acoustic insulation. Also widely used in transport in general. In construction, protective anodizing is recommended, especially in seaside areas and with high air pollution. Medium-stressed structures with good resistance to corrosion, anodized, doors and windows, furnishings.
